Sled Test; T.H.O.R. (Testing Head Over Road)
At the Aisico test Field laboratory, impact tests on single elements or on parts of road Safety devices are carried out, utilizing a properly loaded mobile sled, in order to obtain a beating mass that generates an energy comparable to that of a full-scale crash test. The Sled Test is a valid support for the study and development of new products and for monitoring the behaviour of existing procedures.
Railway Impacts
Crash Test on Cushion for Cabin Train
Crash Test on Cushion for Cabin Train
Aisico has designed and built a structure for carrying out railway crash tests.Railway crash tests have the function of monitoring the behavior of the rolling-stock when involved in collisions. Through them it's possible to test the behavior of the elements that work as energy-absorbing systems, such as the buffers, or the entire railway carriagies. AISICO Test Lab is accredited by ACCREDIA to carry out tesst to evaluate requirements for railway vehicle bodies according to European standard EN 15227
Laboratories
Noise protection walls; Material tests; Road Signs
Noise protection walls; Material tests; Road Signs
Aisico labs are able to perform all acoustical and mechanical testes on devices for reduction of road and train traffic, towards obtaining the CE certification. It is additionally accredited UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025) to perform acoustic tests in loco (Adrienne Tests) In accordance with regulation EN 1793 and EN 16272.

Dynamic Test on Roads Safety Barrier Posts
Dynamic Test on Roads Safety Barrier Posts
T.H.O.R. system was created to test on the road, the functioning and proper installation of road safety system, through small-scale impact test. T.H.O.R. is a vehicle for the dynamic characterization of the barriers support ground. Verification of the post's installation by testing it on the road and comparing the results with those ones previously obtained from the same device driven into the soil of test house.
