Video-based registration of overloaded vehicles
VIVER is a system for video-based registration of pre-selected vehicles (overload, oversize, ADR, deflated tyre etc.). A context colour image with optional number plate image is automatically captured and merged with WIM and further sensor data. The data set is uploaded to a server and made available to control staff via web browser or dedicated operation terminal software.

ANPR system for parking management
The V-REX Parking system consists of at least two ANPR systems with video trigger. Optional the images can be triggered by inductive loops or other already installed identification systems. All licence plates are time/location stamped and transferred to the IP-Server, where the data is further processed. Statistical evaluation can be done by PlateMANAGER-PARKING software (e.g. daytime dependent level of occupancy or the distribution of individual parking duration over a day/week).

InCar ANPR Vehicle Search System
Vehicle search in static and dynamic mode is the main operation application of the new “V-REX InCar” ANPR system. In the static mode, V-REX is connected with up to 4 DualSmartCams (with integrated LED) on pan-tilt tripods which are used for multi-lane ANPR on highways. In the dynamic mode, two InCar digital motor-zoom cameras, attached to vehicle window by suction mount, can be used for dynamic operation day and night. By the way, the DualSmartCams can also be mounted on roof-top of the car (magnetic plate)

The new SAW series type III is introduced at Intertraffic. Up to 15t wheel load capacity is possible. Because of its robust design SAW wheel load scales are applicable in rough environments and on non-ideal, rough surfaces.
For measuring axle loads and the total weight of the vehicle, two or more wheel load scales can be combined by cable or wireless (Bluetooth). Besides static weighing, a dynamic mode is available as well.

The V-REX Journey Time system consists of at least two ANPR systems with video trigger, mounted at beginning and end of considered route. All licence plates are time/location stamped, coded for privacy reasons and transmitted via CAT´s integrated EasyCOM GPRS module to the IP-Server, where all data are processed and current travel time is evaluated. IRD PAT-Traffic high-speed weighing system DAW100, based on Bending Plate, LINEAS Quartz and Strain Gauge technology is installed on various freeways in Germany and abroad. Thanks to its robust construction they are working reliably and deliver data out of flowing traffic (traffic impact, vehicle weight and speed). The WIM system (Weigh-in-Motion) can be used as a preselelection of overloaded trucks wheras the vehicle data, combined with an overview image, is send to a permanent or mobile control point.

EasyCOUNT is a microwave based vehicle detector with counting, classifying, accurate speed and gap measurement as well as single vehicle data storage. The EasyCOUNT is sidefire mounted as standard, but also available with multi-sensor overhead mounting for individual lane monitoring. Data collection, central archivement and reporting is supported by the integrated EasyCOM module with GPRS remote control. Now, EasyCOUNT is also available as multi-lane sidefire version.
