Thermo Hog
Innovative Thermoplastic Melting Truck
Innovative Thermoplastic Melting Truck
The Thermo Hog is a thermoplastic longline truck. Our Hog Melter can melt thermoplastic at rates up to 12,000lbs per hour per color. The Hog Melter evenly heats the surface using heated oil with a temperature that doesn’t exceed 500° that eliminates scorching of material. It even allows you to go from cold to full production in under 1 hour. The Thermo Hog is available in a variety of sizes and chassis options to fit the demands of your striping job. Various sizes available.
Rumble Hog
3-in-1 truck for grinding, grooving, and rumbling
3-in-1 truck for grinding, grooving, and rumbling
The Rumble Hog is a 3-in-1 multi-purpose machine that can grind away pavement and roadway markings, groove roadway surfaces for inlaid pavement markings or cut rumble strips either on the center line or edge of the road. Cutting packages are available for banana cuts and sinusoidal wave cuts. The Rumble Hog can achieve cutting and rumbling speeds between 5.6 KMH to 8 KMH depending on the surface. Our high dump system lifts the debris tank so you can easily deposit debris into a dumpster or dump truck.
Grinder Hog
3 or 4 Heads Available
3 or 4 Heads Available
With heads on both sides of the truck, center line and shoulder work can be performed simultaneously. In addition, road reflectors can be removed and vacuumed so there's no need to remove them prior to the job.

The Grinder Hog uses Computer Controlled Profiling (CCP) to do sinusoidal, reflector, and plunge cuts without the need
Epoxy Hog
Plural Compoment Pavement Marking Vehicle
Plural Compoment Pavement Marking Vehicle
The Epoxy Hog represents a revolutionary way of addressing the complexities of plural component vehicles. The Epoxy Hog only uses one glycol pump, only one burner, and feeds material into lateral kettles under the deck through a gravity feed system, eliminating partial totes and wasted material. With the kettles under the deck, you can use the deck space to choose the materials that you want to bring. The Epoxy Hog also has a non-cdl model available and both models can use epoxy or polyurea material.
